Mary German

Mary is basically a self taught artist who has taken lessons and attended workshops from regional and local artists. She started her career in oils and has progressed to watercolor, acrylics and collage.

She finds watercolor challenging but also finds that it allows for free expression, which she feels is the basis of her love of art.

She has amassed a large art library, enjoys reading and studying many well known artists, and finds joy and inspiration in working with other artists who are also her best friends.

She is a member of the Missouri Watercolor Society, the Transparent Watercolor Society of America, the Springfield Regional Arts Council, The Visual Artist Alliance of Springfield, and Studio 55.
